I just need best strategy and pettern for medium risk.

Usually I use 7 pettern for hunting huge multiplier with medium risk. Because 7 pettern can pay out 710x and 30x also even not too hard to hit. Sometime when I want to bet atleast 10% of my balance I used 9 pettern with mediuim risk. That's was not too bad old days. But today when I bet like that really hard to hit and never come out huge payout.
That's why I need to change strategy and pettern to play keno again. 
So, Anyone can help some strategy pettern for medium risk? If u guys have somthing special share to me please guys.

One strategy that works for someone else won't always work for you. You have to adapt to the game, lose money before you earn money. I think you have to always change your patterns as a way of adopting with the randomness of the game!

maybe before playing with big bets you can first to see what number patterns often come out in keno and choose numbers that often appear in keno I always do that first if playing in keno. maybe you can try with 4 tiles with horizontal or vertical cube formations with high risk I often get 259x payout when playing on 4 tiles but don't immediately use big bets before the preroll is about 5-10x then raise the bet. hopefully my advice can help a little for you.

No strategy works for everyone and  "patterns", there's no of such, all of the numbers have the same likelihood of showing up, no number is "more likely" to show than the rest of them.

If you want a good strategy on Keno, just autopick your numbers (10 numbers) and play Martingale. If you get 1.60x just split the bet amount, and if you won 2x or more, return to base bet. You can also play this strategy on Classic risk.

I am really sad to be the one to tell you this but it doesnt matter at all, there is no pattern,no strategy, nothing what really makes the change in that if you win or not
