I am an attendant / cashier of a subway and only my salary can not meet the needs of me and my family and so monthly shoot the cryptocurrencies $ 100 to $ 250 dollars and quite helper.

Instead, save up money every month and put it towards a savings account. Never gambling anything that you can't afford to lose and just be happy with whatever you can get from giveaways / events. I want to spent those for getting chill. But always I bust my money that I make depo. I went up with profit but lost all for greed. Now I'm trying to make 3-5$ profit everyday. But losing all. Gambling isn't the way to earn and live by cryoto. There are some other way to earn through crypto.
