Depends on who you are going to give. Kid, teenager, or an adult? But if it's teenager, you can give them electronic stuff such as : phone,computer, or ipad?! If it's adult, I think you can simply give boots, or watches, etc.

Answer on your question depends on very high number of factors.

Best gift for who ? Do you want to make gift or buy it? How much money you plan to spend on it?

Dont get me wrong I would like brand new car and couple of days on some tropical island with my wife but lets be honest, I dont know anyone who could gift me something like that.

If you have solid Christmas budget you can buy a lot of stuff , again depending to who you are giving a gift and what are those persons interests.

Lets assume you have average budget , than you can buy some nice sweater (classic) or some gaming console.Maybe some extra flowers with candy box for your girlfriend/wife.

For those looking to spend $10-$20 on gift there is also option to make something symbolic. If you ask me I prefer gifts that someone make , cos it takes more effort to make something. That way person is showing you that he/she really care about you and is willing to spend some free time making you a gift.

Well, it's very difficult to give advice to a person who I don't really know... But there are some options if you want to spend little and find something that'll suit your partner. https://artisticdigitals.com/ is cool for printing stuff like shirts, cups etc. I usually get some designs for my relatives, the stuff is really cheap. There are some Christmas designs as well.
