It used to happen instanly now I go and make tea while I wait for confirmation. Sometimes it's good because you can cool down if you withdraw from vaul after busting your main balance, but sometimes you want it instantly. Not sure if I am the only one who experience this slow confirmations??

It's true, it sometimes happens that you wait for some 5-10 minutes to get the confirmation email. What you could do in the meantime is to check your email spam folder to make sure that the email didn't end up there somehow. Additionally, if the email is over 10 minutes late, you could try to cancel the vault withdrawal (https://stake.com/transactions/vault-withdrawals) and then request it again. This helped in many cases. In case none of the above mentioned helps, feel free to reach us out and we will do our best to assist you. Take care!

After the first one your every vault withdrawal mail will be instant. And that maybe happens everyday on your first vault withdrawal. You need to wait for 5 minutes. I'm telling based on my experience as I use my vault everyday at pd.

Sometimes yeah it's like 5 minutes but I just cancel the vault withdraw and make an other withdraw from the vault. With regards, Kinou.
Thepug Posted August 29, 2019 #8 Posted August 29, 2019 I usually give it a maximum of 5-10 minutes. Any longer and I just cancel the vault withdraw and try it again. Whenever I withdraw from the vault, it is always before a stake race. I usually give my self 30 minutes before the race to do this, so I have the time to wait for the vault withdrawl and be prepared for the race.

WOW I would go crazy, I would worry that my vault is lost. of course I can always contact support if this happen. I wonder if there was situation when that email never arrived! 😮

Vlademore Posted August 30, 2019 #13 Posted August 30, 2019 sometimes if withdrawing from vault is sometimes fast sometimes it takes a long time to wait for an email confirmation and I have experienced waiting for confirmation and incoming email for up to 30 minutes and I immediately ask to support about the absence of a confirmation email vault in the email and support immediately fix all and a few minutes later an email appears for confirmation. that is my experience when withdrawing a vault and confirmed for a long time.

Finally, after waiting a few minutes, there was a confirmation e-mail from the stake. this makes us wait

It s a good thing to cool down my greediness on the play, cause its hard if i stay on that momentum, the longer the confirmation acquire the more safer for me to think another strategy or way to play again. I deposit more on my vault, but this past few days confirmation is faster and my greediness is overload which result empty vault, cant control fingers, sigh. thanks/

Honesty vault very help me to control my psychology eventually going temped after lose on red strike.

I only remember one time where it didn't come right away, it took maybe 3-5 minutes.
