Anyone figured out realistic/working method for "quitting while ahead

I have tried numerous different methods for trying to maintain at least a portion of my winnings during a session, but always succumb to that ominous, kniving, insane thought "can't possibly get any more unlucky right?" Then commence to lose the rest of my bankroll. Id love to hear from anyone that has a method or strategy they use to effectively combat this infinite cycle of bust I've found myself in. I am exactly the same way as you are. I have tried many many many different methods on how to quit whilst I am ahead. But they're just not working. I think the only method that works for me is that I need a friend to actually be there with me to tell me to stop. And I mean in a serious way. Otherwise I could never stop. I am also looking for new ways because my friends can't be here all the time to tell me to stop

it's hard to know when we have to stop, let alone we're in the head. we never know when the right time to stop, the only way is you must have a target, if the target is reached, then stop

Gambling is unpredictable.
from last 3 months i making small losses but cashout small balance in certain time.
current month i got so much free money from stake (coupon, boost) and from other websites also. (its around 200$ free money) 
200$ is my monthly target i got freely in 1st week of september.
but hell happen and i busted all of them.

so we can't predict loss and even not able to control ourselves.(when we get some unexpected and still increase our expectation even after that.)

Usually what I do is vault my coins on alt, where my 2fa code is stored on a phone i dont use, on that phone i use an app that allows me to lock access to apps for a time period. I do anywhere from 24-96 hours when using it.

there is a vault. usually if you win big .. have an external wallet also.. send half to the vault and half to the external wallet. keep the amount the you want to keep playing with.. never touch the one in the external wallet.. use the one in the vault if you bust.. if you come up again use the same method. eventually the one you didnt touch will be surprising to see how much you actually saved up..

This is something i have been trying out myself but I have just been using the vault associated with my main account. I think we all know how that ends up 😁. Thank yall for the tips that's exactly what i was looking for
