I have a little complaint, why do users who do not have stars like me or non-VIP users are highly suspected as beggars?

for example there is a user with a silver / gold level saying "give me 2 btc" to a moderator they assume it is a joke. and when the user is down or non vip, for example say "tip" or "rain" they assume it is begging and spaming and immediately banned.

I think some moderators are very unfair in giving action.

I'm agree with you I see some VIPs star users talk about tip and loans but not any mod take action against these users if anyone active mod just he say Don't take about this and after some they again talk but not anyone stop them.

And if any nun vip or new user talk about rains or tip mods mute them on the time I think this is unfair rules apply equally all users.

I don't mind if anyone talk about rain or loan I not stop them or I not say anyone why you talk about rain or tip I don't care if somebody talk about this I just replied your topic because I feel you say right

maybe because of the level, so for the platinum level they assume they all have a lot of money because they can reach the platinum level, so whatever they talk about is considered just a joke, different for users who don't have stars, might be considered a beggar if they say that

yes, I agree with this, but in some moment of gambling a VIP will probably be busted and the fact that they have a star becoming VIP's is because the love gambling and many time at any cost, even taking loans or so.  But, by the moment the VIPS has privileges all the plebs should pay for being low balance gamblers and that can affect criteria when chatting.  Is just my opinion.  Good luck.

But if a gold or platinum user asks for 2 btc for a mod, it can only be a joke don't you think? and asking for tip or raintendo or not star really is wrong.

I would agree with the moderator's actions and think that you are unable to understand human communication. 

Sounds fine to me if you see the amount of random people get to start using chat and immediately beg for tips. Is it unfair? Technically yes, long-time members are given the benefit of the doubt, but quite a few have been banned as well so it's not like the rules don't apply to them.

Stake rules, Mod can overwrite it lmao they have the position to mute anybody they want thats just how it goes . So basically rules are on VIP doesnt applied when some mods is on chat 😎 and here i though rules are for all regarding their position

Stake rules are set to be looked at with the mods discretion in mind. If they deem something not okay but the rules don't out right say it, it's still not okay for you to do said thing.

It's not a complicated process to understand either. Follow the rules, don't act up, and you won't be punished accordingly.

Let others talk whatever they want ... all you need is to control yourself and hAVE  fun in chat

Because beggars are annoying other players, who don't own stars or VIP, accept this as there are so many people appearing every day, try to reach the stars as soon as possible.

The best way to didn't mute better you never talk about begging that's a simple way 
but I agree to that VIP player talk about rains, tips, loans, mods consider as a joke I don't think so.

all gamblers must have lost, even though they were a VIP platinum though. but when they talk about needing coins, no one considers him a beggar, just because of their VIP status. people will think they're just kidding. but for people who are non vip talking about needing a coin, even if it's just a joke, they will still get a warning and even get muted

Because they know it's for joke purposes and no one would literally tip someone 2btc, when it's a nonvip and they complain about not getting tips or rains its fair to mute them, mods never falsely mute.

If you are familiar with most other user/mod at chat they will take it as joke if you say something like that. But if a new player or a player who isn't familiar with other says something like that, he/she will surely get warning/mute by mod. Familiarity is the main thing here not being VIP always.
