Should VIPs really have access to this...?

I've wondered this since I joined Stake and became VIP and I still wonder it from time to time. Do you really think that ALL vip's should get access to direct contact with Eddie?

I hardly think it's necessary especially with the introduction of VIP Hosts. I could see it making sense if only Platinum and above had access, but at some point even that would come to be too much.

With the popularity of stake growing everyday, more and more users are being made VIP and given access to Eddie's telegram. How long before it becomes too much for Eddie to handle? How long before we're emailing a "[email protected]" email and getting a reply from Eddies secretary? 

Just my opinion on the matter, personally, VIPs below a certain level/wager amount don't deserve/require access to Eddie's direct contact.

i feel that only the people that wager so much everyday should be able to actually contact eddie so it limits the amount of people that actually contact him

Im sure once Eddie can no longer support that many contacts, he may increase the or add more requirements. Right now, he must be testing out regarding how it can affect Stake.

When you wegar some good and you become a vip then you are connected with Eddie for any information and your problems or other suggestions you give Eddie and Eddie and your problems

I think it's a great gesture on his part to allow VIPs to have direct contact with him.  It may become too much though with the increasing number of VIPs every day.  I guess we will have to see how it plays out, and may become limited to certain levels at some point.

Well, you can actually communicate with eddie even if you're not a vip, I dont think there is a reason low wagered players should not talk to the owner, its about marketing, I guess talking to staff/owners attracts more depositors.

What do you mean by have an access? Like a notice how to talk to eddie on site? Because i think most of VIPs can directly talk to eddie by talk to him on telegram and get replied easily.

you dont need to be vip to have access to eddie. he even said it .. if you want to contact him directly just message him in telegram..i wasnt vip when i spoke to him for the first time.. he cool dude.. if you think only vip has access.. your wrong.. hes fair to everyone.. the only thing vip gets is the mega boost and the perks for being silvr bronze gold and plat.. but dont go to him to beg.. not you.. but everyone in general.. than that would make him accessible to certain players or tiers. but yea.. he is open to talk to everyone as long you have tele..

I think this is not needed in my opinion you dont need Eddie to fix problemfor you Stake supports are so reliable that any problem about the site they can really help you fast.

It is nice to be able to have direct contact with Eddie when required, it is definitely a great privilege to be able to do so. I am sure eventually Eddie might just keep a select few that he managed personally possibly when the community has grown way too large to handle in future.

I have only messaged Eddie the one, but sometimes it is just nice to know that you can talk to the owner of the site. I can’t think of another major site that allows their users to do this, giving Stake more bonus points and another unique selling point.

In the future, perhaps only Gold VIP’s and above might only have access to communicate with Eddie in the future. The rest of the people will have to contact support, which will still provide a sufficient answer to your problem.

I am still bronze here, but I have eddie tele contacts and I often talk with Eddie on tele. in my opinion anyone can communicate with eddie as long as it is still a positive thing like us chatting with friends on the tele

I didn't even know that all VIPs have direct access to Eddie. I think that talking with him on stream is enough I don't see any reason why I would want to contact him directly. What people count on? They think they will get extra rain or maybe that deposit they lost will be refunded? LOL But is it ok ? If Eddie wants that why not, after all stake is still a very small community.

eddie is a really great guy. he helps with everything and u can talk to him with any single problem.

why shouldnt it be good to "be allowed to get in contact with the owner himself" ?

i guess if eddie wouldnt want to get so many pms from vips then he wouldnt offer it.

There are so many VIPs now, Eddie doesnt have the time to deal with all of their questions and requests. So Eddies Elves (hosts) help him out, by liaising directly with allocated VIPs. They deal with questions primarily relating to the VIP programme, allocating bonuses, renewing  the hourly Boost etc.

The work is mostly repetitive in nature and administraion heavy. Not a good use of Eddie's time, the Hosts (helper Elves) allow Eddie to focus on more important things such as Netflix and working out.

Thanks for the fine explanation on Eddie's Elf Factory, I had now idea. It almost sounds like you worked there yourself.

You can't really blame him for "Netflix", I love it too. Not much of a fan of working out tho to be honest.

first of all , id like you to thank you for that info. i didnt know that vip feature also include that  because what i thought before that vip feature is only for rakebacks , rains and other bonuses related to the casino  . 

 secondly ,  i think all of us here on the forum can do that , i mean we can message the admins and big people here  i guess ?

third ,  i think that is for a reason on why they include that , because you can contact the owner straight if you have other problems that the support cant handle  and whats the meaning of being vip if you cant get cool features   .

Eddie himself said that the best thing in a casino is transparency himself, he is really friendly and talkative, so I have no reason to not have contact with him later on.
