I personally think that their popularity first came from their VIP system and rewards. It gave players an incentive to gamble and gave them a reason to deposit on Stake again. With races coming shortly after, this boosted the site even more and the wagers were becoming increasingly higher throughout the months. This then brought the wales to Stake that would wager as much as they could, just to get first place. So, why do you think that Stake is so popular today? It averages around 1000 people online at one point, so why do you think there are so many people here?

I know sites with up to 10% house edge on their game modes and I find it absolutely outrageous. Stake have made it so low so that they can still make a profit, and their players aren't being ripped off at the same time.
