What are your [GOLDEN RULES] ?

Greetings fellow Stakers, I had a question on my mind, and I was wondering what other Golden Rules were out there that people use

For me, it goes like this (not in specific order)

 

1. Play Safe (Play Safely and Properly, No Rage bets etc...)

2. Do Not Be Greedy or Play for too long 

3. Use the Vault (Put aside your profits into Vault every now and then to avoid total bust)

4. Do whatever makes you feel right, stick to your instincts and gut feelings

 

What's your Golden Rules ? Do you apply any of the rules I have cited above ?

I don't have any specific rules, but I do have one single rule, it's to tip and help as much of my friends as I can, to make them feel happier than they did before, so yeah, that's my golden rules.

I have three rules that I have always followed and is the main reason why I am in such a large amount of profit from gambling

1. Don’t gamble anything that you can’t afford to lose. You should only gamble a percentage of your disposable income and pay for any expenses first.

2. Don’t chase losses. If you lost money before, don’t go out of your way to set yourself a goal to reach. Trust me, it is so unlikely that you will reach it and you will just end up losing more money

3. Set yourself cashout goals and cashout whenever you are ahead. By doing this, you are preventing yourself from constant gambling and you aren’t enabling the house to take back what is statistically theirs.

For me I don't have specific rules for my playing. I'm greedy when I feel lucky

what I don't use is the vault feature ... because maybe I can be said to be a greedy person when betting ... don't know the time and place ... when there is an opportunity, I bet and before my balance runs out or my target is reached, I won't stop bet

Interesting point! I had golden rules when I was sports betting, so I was pretty natural to write down few basics about casino gambling. 

Here they are :

-do not spend more than 4 hour a day connected and take break as often as possible ( ideal time is half an hour sessions with 1 h break at least between) 

because I noticed the more longer I stay the more likely I'll bust.. 

stop gambling after having doubled initial balance. 

stop gambling after huge win ( by huge I mean at least 50€ value or big multiplier) 

stop gambling if you lost all profits won earlier in the day ( if not bust is the next step) 

if I've busted ( bc not following above rules most of time) do not redeposit the same day

when balance doubled withdraw initial deposit and keep going with the profit. 

when a game don't win switch to other games. If wins still don't show up stop here. 

when you start losing don't double base bet, but reduce it accordingly with balance

bet size shall be between 1 to 5% ( 10 when having a really small balance) 

here are my rules I may be have few more but these are the main ones. 

I don't follow them strictly which cause bust here and there sadly. But I have them in mind as a guideline

Hello there!

My golden rule now is to withdraw as soon as i hit the minimum amount for withdrawal.Yep playing too long will eventually bust you and change the way you play because of impatience.

i dont think i have any rules mate
even if i do i dont follow them lol
like i can say i am going to deposit just 50 and i end up depositing over and over and over again 
thats why bitcoin gambling is kinda better cuz i can buy btc as easy as i can deposit in other casinos

everything you say is true. I do not deny it. we must play carefully and set aside a portion of the profit we can get into the vault. I have a lot to learn from you so I can control myself in gambling

Well, I usually have the same rules as you but most times, I miss the self-control. So, my only Golden rule is to always bet just for fun and only with spare money.

The use of the vault is completely new to me I never seen in other website, i am going to use this feature for sure

I try to follow some rules too but I can't do it always. Cause many time I bust for being greedy. I don't want to play for long. And I use the vault for saving my coins. But there is no way to play safe in gambling.

I think if you play gambling you need some rules follow my no 1 rule I don't use my need money I not take loan for gambling I just use my extra money for gambling.

2. When I play I use vault option and when I increase some amount I transfer half to vault.

I play very risky but play s session 15,20 minutes then take a break

I dont have rules, i broke my rules, it is beacause of "what if in few rolls i hit the high multiplier" and forgot the another "what if my bank roll is not enough, this happen many times and its like a routine, always busted bacause of that but still i didnt learned, maybe because im just enjoying after i moved on.

It seems like you just lack confidence in betting. You should fix yourself first before making a bet. confidence in yourself and your own bets must be based on your own beliefs, so there are no more sentences, what if my coin is not enough to hold the red line ?, what if I lose again because my bankroll is not enough in the bet? ..
stop this by increasing confidence in yourself. because only you alone can do it
