However I don't see how all games on stake could be against players, how you imagine dice or plinko to be against other players?

I wouldn't say that all the games should be player VS player. Because like for very big players they would want to gamble with big money but they might not have a suitable competitor who can match with their amounts and hence the site offers them all opportunity for how much they want to gamble with. But obviously I would like to see some games added on the site for player versus player.
