Have you tried using another browser? clearing cache?logging out and back in? using another browser works on me, hope you get that fix soon

When you can't claim the faucet, just re-do the captchas again. Usually you can claim it after 2-3 times attempt. Goodluck!

The problem has not been solved yet

The faucet is being repaired. Currently a large amount of the code used to process the faucet and its protection from abuse has fallen apart and is being rebuilt. Please have patience.

Cache might be using old faucet code, or it could be connected to a working instance.

i can claim faucet normally though. but sometimes yeah i cant claim but when i refresh it or try different browser it works fine. 

check also the time and date of your pc or cp that might affect the captcha thing

Something is wrong with faucet. Every time i'm trying claim it, it works only from second time. Claim button is just unclickable. when i close it and reopen (and solve captcha for second time), it works. And it's so for maybe a week or more.

The way that stake works is the site handles all requests through multiple instances, similar to how a firewall works, each user goes through different doors to get to the stake system. Unfortunately some of the doors don;t seem to like letting you claim the faucet. The developers have been working on this issue for a while now and hopefully will have it resolved this week.

There is no perfect solution to solving the problem, some users will get lucky and get a connection through the right door, and some wont. Reloading and clearing cache might eventually set you up on the right instance, but its no guarantee.
