In this example I should have got 4 heart, and 9 diamonds, and that's what I got: No idea why the numbers in the bottom box aren't in an easy to follow order though, or why the numbers are duplicated seemingly randomly in the bottom box thanks @SuddenlyBroke, problem solved

To be fair, provably fair is complex even to me. The important thing you need to understand is its complex because proving fairness isn't an easy task. If it was, it would be done everywhere, by every operator. Casino's wouldn't pay regulators and auditors anymore, because it solves the conundrum of true fairness. Hopefully one day it can be explained in an easier way.
