How to verify HiLo bet

I am totally confused , how to verify HiLo and Black Jack bet

same problem with Black Jack

Oh I figured it out, I think...

The numbers in this box:

Map into the numbers in the bottom box: 

The numbers in byte to number scroll across to the right, so by checking what they are and looking up into the Number to Cards box, you can see what you should have been dealt. 

In this example I should have got 4 heart, and 9 diamonds, and that's what I got: 

No idea why the numbers in the bottom box aren't in an easy to follow order though, or why the numbers are duplicated seemingly randomly in the bottom box

To be fair, provably fair is complex even to me. The important thing you need to understand is its complex because proving fairness isn't an easy task. If it was, it would be done everywhere, by every operator. Casino's wouldn't pay regulators and auditors anymore, because it solves the conundrum of true fairness. Hopefully one day it can be explained in an easier way.
