nikowin88 Posted October 16, 2019 #1 Posted October 16, 2019 Hi there I just wanted to share what just happened to me today I was playing slots and had 45k satoshis balance. Then I left slots to home page. Few instant before I had the notification saying ther ewas an update. So I'm on the home page. I reliad the page or I click on update don't remember and then.. Balance is now 21k satoshis. I reliad another time hoping things get better but no. So I contacted support they told me to check my bets, which I'm going to do later today because now I haven't the time to do so. But then I discussed about this with a French mate who told me that some ppl say they had a concern with their balance in English chat he said they said "wtf my balance " So I wonder if anyone has the same comern as me. Let me just clarify one thing. I totally trust Stake and dev and support team for being honest and trustworthy and I just want to know if we are more than 1 or 2 maybe there was really glitchhat should be revealed for the greater good of us all. I'll make an update later today with screens of my bets and my balance to clarify things Good day to all. And oh yeah it's just 25k so no big deal
Xarv Posted October 16, 2019 #2 Posted October 16, 2019 I suggest that you check your bets and contact support if that's not the case. I personally never had any amount from my balance "disappear", the only bug I've encountered was certain profits did not register and I was missing a few sats here and there but it was fixed as soon as I refreshed my page.
SLFJ Posted October 16, 2019 #3 Posted October 16, 2019 Yes, I have encountered this once, today actually, I was playong slots with around 0.43 of balance, I decided to do 100k litoshi bets before I go to 0.4 and all in 1.2x, but then an error pops up that I don't have enough balance, I refresh and it's only 0.38ltc.

Yes that exactly what happened to me just now. But before playing I watch closely balance and one thing is sure losses as wins were correctly counted. So I can't explain what happened. But clearly slots is involved. I just want to say I don't like a lot support reaction who claim that I have to show them unless they can't do anything. I mean it's ok it's beta so we have to be aware that glitch could happen. But then claiming that they checked and everything is correct on their side is not much of my taste. But it's ok I'm taking my beta tester role with serious so they gonna have the video they want and then we will see what happens. I'll report here evolution
Ali saher Posted November 3, 2019 #6 Posted November 3, 2019 I think slot Dev see everything and they solved and fix all problems
defrostbyte Posted December 19, 2019 #7 Posted December 19, 2019 I've had this happen a lot... Often times from betting too fast in Mines, my balance will not go down as I've been betting, until I refresh the page or go to my vault. That effect will carry over to the next game I play, unless I refresh the page. Make sure you check your tip log, too. Especially if you don't have 2FA turned on.
Brainimaini Posted December 19, 2019 #8 Posted December 19, 2019 Usually there are only visual bugs with a balance display. such that the crypt would disappear before
weswayahe Posted December 19, 2019 #9 Posted December 19, 2019 I have experienced the difference between the actual balance and what appears on the screen several times. in my experience it can happen when we make a deposit or withdraw but not refresh the page. and even when playing the balance that appears on the screen can increase or decrease. but when the page refreshes the actual balance will appear according to my calculations.😁😁
