Jeazelle Posted October 19, 2019 #1 Posted October 19, 2019 Hello Again Stake Forum Community I can't login on my stake account I try captcha almost 100 times always next and wrong This captcha make me mad I always experience it too long to login my account because of captcha Have you try it too many captcha? What can I do for it?
wyj1306 Posted October 19, 2019 #2 Posted October 19, 2019 Since I activated the 2 factor I never needed to use captcha, I don't know if it's just me that happens? but really this captcha is a problem, I think Stake could do some own captcha as some sites are using.

sheenazbay Posted October 19, 2019 #4 Posted October 19, 2019 I have never experienced it. captcha is very important in my opinion, knowing that you are not a robot, and we should also use 2fa for the security of our account to avoid someone who wants to use our account, so in my opinion, captcha does not need to be deleted

KURTAULI Posted October 19, 2019 #7 Posted October 19, 2019 I don't think removing reCAPTCHA would be a good idea . It protects the site from bots and spammers. Try to clear the browser cache.
niki014 Posted October 19, 2019 #8 Posted October 19, 2019 nahh captcha is good protects site they cant remove it it would be better if you stop logging out once you log in like i logged in before couple of months and i am still logged in even from my phone i am logged in but from dif acc + just wondering are u on phone like why you cant do the captcha it works fine for me maybe try with the voice captcha where it says something and then you write it lol
Aiza824 Posted October 20, 2019 #9 Posted October 20, 2019 Captcha's results are being dependent on how image checking sites (which are being manned by real humans) tagged an image as "valid" so each of your answers may not be as accurate as you thought you would actually have been doing on it. You could try the "audio" option if it is available below the captcha window. Otherwise, wait for a few minutes and try again. PS: I will be against removing the captcha upon logging in. Without it, the site will easily get overrun by spamming accounts that macro bots could easily generate.

I don't have to login every time I come to stake because logins and passwords are saved in my browser so all I need to do is just type the stake website address. Having that in mind I don't care if there is captcha or not. I think it should stay because it's additional security feature when someone using bot trying to guess our password.

And sometime I don't need to fill the captcha. Don't know how it could be solve. Try to clear cache and try with different internet connection/provider.

I have trouble when I want to login to stake, repeatedly I try to click on captcha, I always appear a new picture again. and like that for hours. after I tried with other operators, just one click I was able to login to stake and I was quite happy. The tap has made it in and I can finally bet

What can I do for it? Sometimes it can happen, but more prevalent if you’re on a VPN/untrusted connection. If you do just patiently answer the captchas correctly and make sure all is good before you press the verify button. I once raged because of the snail-speed on the refresh of the pictures in the captcha, have since learnt that is mostly ineffective lol.

You just gotta do what it says accurately so you can log in with no problem. It's just to prove that you are human, pretty sure it was for security and stuff. On the other hand, I can't seem to understand why sometimes it rejects your answers or the images that you had chosen if you think you did choose it well.

I thought I was wrong in clicking on the image or whatever the command was ordered, but after doing it right, a new chaptcha still appeared.

I don't have problem with capture problem, because I'm rarely logout and always login my google account. And don't let change IP bro. If you do like that you will be fine with that problem.
kayke94 Posted October 26, 2019 #22 Posted October 26, 2019 hi there, first of all this is an well known issue. you could try clearing your coockies and cache memory, or try incognito mode or even try logging ouut from your google account if your using chrome! one of these things does moestly the trick for me
