I always research before playing any game I find interesting and when I say research, pure research

In this case about casinos, I carefully research the mechanics of each game if it involves luck, skill, both or both (but the one of its factor dominates the other) hence, it includes house edge. At first I really thought that HE means that if I play for a very long time, if I bet $10,000 I will be able to get the $9,900 back but after learning about it, it isn't *always* the case as the difference between winning and losing will never be ideal (99% HE = no difference, adhering to the actual win chance percentage).

I initially thought it was the chance to win as well, that the casino would somehow decrease my chances of winning or make it more difficult to attain a win.

Down the road, I realised how silly that was as following that thought meant that the games were rigged, right? 🤣

Researching and learning more about the edge definitely clarified a whole bunch of questions for me, thankfully.

house edge is the percentage obtained by the casino from gamblers who bet on the casino, it is not large, only 1% at most. this has become a calculation that I know in every online casino. however this percentage cannot be changed. because this has become a provision according to what I know

If the house edge is 1% (= 1/100) then you're likely to lose 1 additional bet for every 100 bets you place.

On a coin flip statistically you'll get 50x tails and 50x heads. With 1% house edge that's 49.5x tails (you) and 50.5x heads (house). Difference of 1 coinflip.

Since 49.5 is not a full number, it can be 49 or 50:
49 ==> you're unlucky
50 ==> you're lucky

You can always beat the statistical chances, but you need to be lucky or apply some sort of strategy. Most strategies (if not all) work only on short term.

as I know House edge is the average casino profit from a gambler's bet. For example, in Roulette, house edge is in the range of 2.7%. Which means, for every $ 100 bet, the casino records $ 2.7 as profit and returns the remaining $ 97.3 to the winning players.

it's really frustrating when playing dice and we hit the house edge because it will cause us to lose but it's different when playing limbo when we get the house edge can still win, but in overcoming the house edge it will be very difficult because it is a program where the web owner will take advantage of it.

When I play stake I don't care about house edge at all because I trust the site. However I look carefully on other sites about house edge and try to get as much info as possible. Because there are many ridiculous high house edges out there. Watch out guys.

The house edge is actually minimizing your chances to win something and lets the casino win more off of you and possibly make even more profit that they could have not achieved without the house edge.

I don't care much about house edge, I think this percentage advantage of the site does not influence much on the bets, I think it's not something to worry about.

Firstly while I started gambling house edge was unknown to me. And I was playing at a site where the house edge is 5%. When I come back to pd I found there is more number that I can roll as green in 2×. Small house edge makes positive effect in game.

I think it is not utilization, but indeed it has been established rules. percentage of house edge is only limited to 1% for online casinos, that we can see from the high roller bet that we have bet. indeed if calculated, maybe our estimates the casino has taken more than 1% when viewed from the number of defeats we experienced and most people who say that they have lost so many and so. but the party that wins in their bets (high rollers) gets a profit of maybe more than 100%. this is according to my knowledge of house edge calculations

Well, I'm kinda clueless about the house edge, but when I'm playing on Stake, i do prefer betting on games with a high edge so I'll get a higher rakeback amount which is way worthy than playing on games with an edge of 1%.

House edge is the average casino profit from a gambler's bet. For example, in mines, house edge is in the range of 1%. Which means, for every $ 100 bet, the casino records $ 1 as profit and returns the remaining $ 99 to the winning players.

But some game some high house edge on stake I think low house edge some sites take 3,5 percent house edge

I think most people are doing the same thing, looking for the highest level of house edge in every game, with the aim of achieving victory, also hoping to get a high rakeback as well, one tap on two flies

it is true what you say, it's just that for some people all the features on the site are sought to find out what their uses and functions are, especially when each game has a different level of house energy. so it's only naturally questionable, what is a house edge.
Even though you are comfortable with what you are doing now, betting, losing and winning like people who gamble, at least we have a little knowledge of the technology of the world of online gambling, in fact we are now immersed in it :)
