Jeazelle Posted October 21, 2019 #1 Posted October 21, 2019 Hello Again Stake Forum Community Almost 1 month I never catch some rain I'm not complaining about it but I'm happy when I catch some rain from my friend's it's motivate me to share to others. I always chat and wager everyday almost 14 hours did I spent on stake everyday. I think there's a problem on my account. Also I never change on settings. What do you think guys any help what is the problem on my account?

Since you mentioned playing and participating a lot, if you are not getting rain at all that is really quite strange. I do have unlucky periods where I’m missing out on entire periods of rain but it has never went on for a whole month... do you have ghost mode enabled? Last I checked, private bets was one factor that could contribute to you not getting rain. Also, when you participate make sure to be constructive which keeps your account from getting flagged with a spam status.
cukup2 Posted October 21, 2019 #5 Posted October 21, 2019 maybe for more details you better chat with a moderator if the moderator is not able to then you contact the support, an incident like this has happened with my friend but now he can get back to rain with frequent room chat, at first he was hit by a mute coin which resulting in him not being able to get rain

I'm GOLD VIP level and 20% left I become a platinum yea its really quite strange. I don't know what happen
sheenazbay Posted October 21, 2019 #7 Posted October 21, 2019 many factors that make you not get rain, maybe you are less active in chat, or maybe your wager is still inferior to other users, because wager and active chat is very influential to get rain. but for more details you can ask directly to support to find out what is happening with your account
Ali saher Posted October 21, 2019 #8 Posted October 21, 2019 I see some more players complaint this in chatroom they not received rains I think some players hide sitting option that's why they not received rains, But you say you receive some rains so I think you not so active in chatroom or you not chat so much that's why you not receive so much rains

sahil777 Posted October 21, 2019 #10 Posted October 21, 2019 i had a same problem, wasnt catching rain for 7 months, i was just ignoring because i wasnt in chat much and also i wasnt gambling much, but then i thought i have to talk with support team, i told my problem to irena she said change your settings, if you have your stats and betting hidden, you cant catch the rain, i changed the settings and now i am getting rain again try this bro.
wngo123 Posted October 21, 2019 #11 Posted October 21, 2019 Very unusual not to catch rain for one month. I think you should contact support because it has to be something wrong. I'm not very active on chat but I still get rain, so I don't think there is requirement to talk a lot on the chat.

As mentioned in chat, support chat, and here on the forum, the rainbot distributes the funds according to its algorithm that is in place to prevent any abuse. Some of the main factors that affect this: Make sure that you've disabled hidden mode (Account > Account > Preferences > Untick the Hide bet statistics) Wager Be active in chat Do not spam as this lessens your chances to receive rain To sum it up, there is absolutely nothing wrong, follow the above and I'm sure you'll catch some rain in no time! As I'm sure there were multiple topics on the same subject, locking this one.
