htetaungxx Posted November 16, 2019 #1 Posted November 16, 2019 Hello everyone. I got a problem during playing plinko, that is when I almost busted and my balance is still left over my bet. But "not enought balance" warring is pop up that time and if I'm refresh page my balance is auto missing. Mostly happen when long time playing plinko. Are you guys also got that problem? It's that because of my network or somthing worng guys?
PeopleHurt Posted November 17, 2019 #2 Posted November 17, 2019 hello htetaungxx, I also experienced it, when playing I have insufficient balance, but my balance is still sufficient, but when it is refreshed then the balance disappears, in my opinion it is wrong in the system.

It's that because of my network or somthing worng guys? i think its bcoz of the delay, you can just refresh your browser and youll see that you balance will change to less, and its maybe not enough for the bet.

sahil777 Posted November 25, 2019 #5 Posted November 25, 2019 so it means this bug is back, i experienced this issue long time ago, but then stake fixed this problem and if you guyz are having this problem again, then it means the error is back, i will talk to support about this issue, hope this will be fixed soon.

It happens when you get rid of all the balance but balls didn't hit the pins yet and you try to make more bets. It just happen when there is low balance, it's not a glitch, you just need to wait for balls to hit pins.

And during a hunt where I did not have the big multipliers it's very frustrating to have played for nothing and see that we have to start all over again ..

At first glance it appears that we still have a balance in our balance column, but when the bet starts, it always appears that we don't have enough balance to make a bet. and when the computer is refreshed, all of a sudden my balance is completely gone. usually this happens when I bet and fall asleep. when I woke up, all betting activities had stopped. and that's when I try to bet but a notification always appears that my balance isn't enough to make that bet
Omerfrom02 Posted November 26, 2019 #9 Posted November 26, 2019 It happened to me too lol. It sucks it happened for me 3-4 times these 2 weeks and can’t play anymore... Hope developers fix this issue ASAP, I play plinko now only if I participate on a challenge etc like that nothing else.
