Way to check how long a mute is issued

I was wondering if the only way to check how long a mute has been issued is via contacting support?
                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
We are all human, and sometimes we break chat rules unintentionally, by accident, or sometimes on purpose (something i dont think should be done of course)
                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
This happened to me the other day (i had made some funny strange fonts in chat, just copy pasting some stuff others had also done), no mods around so just was having fun,

But then the crackdown happened hehe..                                                                                                            
I was muted and didnt want to bother support by making a new ticket just for asking the question:                                                                                                            
"how long have i been muted for?"                                                                                                            
I figure support has much more important things to do>                                                                                                            
                                                                                                            
So i am suggesting that when a muted player tries to speak, it instead of just telling them they are muted, it also gives them the length of time which their mute is left.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
If there is a way to know this already please let me know.

This has been something that the support team and myself included have been wanting for a long time now. It has been on the development list which includes, providing reasons for mute, inform the muted user of the reason and duration, and proper mute logging.

For now, all we can say is that spam usually gets 1-4 hours mute, for a player in question to "chill off", begging is awarded at least a day +, PM begging more ofc, scam links are permed, etc.  But again, it depends on the offence and the mod/support initiating the mute, as well as if it is the player's first offence or if he/she has been muted/warned over it before.

Hopefully, the mute log will solve this issue so we will be able to help more effectively in the future, as well as the players knowing the mute period by themselves, simply by trying to enter the chat again
