I have never experienced it, but I admit, many players have begged me, but I have never responded, so there has never been any debate or conversation between me and them. I will never respond to people begging me, I only give tips to friends who I consider to be my friends

I think few users use so many alts account for this and I think this depends on you 1st you check this is trustful user and not then you give him fund this is gambling site and so many people try to get fund
