CryptoKitties is a blockchain based game where you can breed, collect and HOLD kittens that are made & generated over Ethereum blockchain. You can purchase and trade virtual kittens on this site. The key is, the rarer your kitten is, the higher the price. For example, a "generation 0" cat with a "jaguar" trait currently goes for around 70 ETH ($23,676). And last week, a unique cat called the "genesis cat" was sold for 246.9 ETH, or about $117,000. Cryptokitties is also responsible for the reason of why ethereum is so slow lately. Etherscan has reported a sixfold increase in pending transactions on Ethereum since the game's release, by the Axiom Zen innovation studio, on 28 November. $117.000 for a virtual kitten? is it worth it??! What is your opinion about this new hype / euphoria guys?

What is the effect of that cat?

Then people are like saying it’s because of cryptokitties. Lol. I checked out what is this all about and this what I have searched, The photo below explained it. And the prices omg!!???

Last week a kitten was sold for almost 250 eth which is unbelieveable I don't know whats the benefit of this kitten though.
