That is already happen more than 5 times today. That's happen only me or you guys happen also ? let me know guys.

I did experience this as well, having to refresh my page after I selected the receive rakeback button. Initially thought of it as a one-time thing until I came to the forums, lol. This will probably be fixed very soon.

zulfandina Posted November 29, 2019 #6 Posted November 29, 2019 Since getting VIP position and entitled to get rakeback until now I have never had a problem when I want to claim rakeback. all went normally according to applicable regulations. if you get any problems including rakeback claims, I suggest that you immediately contact the support because only those who are able to solve the problem without problems

Yah, wango. i'm also need refresh after claim cupon or withraw form vault. But now happen also after claim rakeback. But some people no need to refresh after that. I think need to clean browsing data.
Kinou Posted December 1, 2019 #14 Posted December 1, 2019 Hello, It depend of which navigator do you use, I mean, if you use (like me) Google Chrome, I don't need to refresh, on Safari (on my iPhone) I don't need to refresh too. It's probably a bug or something, but normally, you don't need to refresh your page. Kinou.

dkpiiit953 Posted December 3, 2019 #16 Posted December 3, 2019 Hello, I'm always in the same situation as you, every time I take my cashback I have to refresh the page for the balance to appear otherwise I do not have the balance to days, it's a little frustrating when I follow to play and try to get a big multiplier, it's hung up on me. I think this issue might well be something that the developers need to take note too in order to make it more proper.

Even when i claim coupon, balance didn't refresh immediately. There are some way to refresh balance (can only refresh once per action until next browser refresh) : * type /rain * open withdrawal menu * make some vault deposit * tip other player * refresh browser

But that was happen after clean my browsing data. So, not sure they been fixed or because of I was clean my browser's data.
