hey fellas hope you all are awesome today :)

if you get a chance in your life to chose between gambling and job or work, what would you like to pick ? i mean if someone offers you $100k and tells you not to work anymore in your life and from now on you will only gamble and for whole life you will not be able to do any job or work even if you gone broke in gambling.

i will never take $100k  and will chose job :) because with work you can spend whole life but gambling is unpredictable and you can be homeless any time, its best to pick job and gamble with extra money.

what would you like to chose ?

work is good thing for long term to maintaining what u gonna lost on gambling, are you sure you will always being profit and never lose anything, then it call investment . investment + a bit smartass  + self control = rich bish

investment + no plans + chasing = loser

work is different think.

i think that even how much win on gambling u should go to work that good for u,.

i have been work since im at 14 yo and now im 25 yo, it 11 years. i didnt ask for a day off or rest anything, working hard, but not enuf for me toi gambling,

Well I think it is a good idea to have the proper priorities in life and if your life situation requires you a job in order to sustain your living expenses which includes gambling, then of course full priority should be first given to the importance of having the job secured. Well in gambling $100,000 might not last you for a long time if you are a gambling addict I would say. :D

if anyone gives me a hundred thousand dollars and I am told to quit my job, and I am required to gamble for the rest of my life, then I will take the hundred thousand dollars and I stop working and I will gamble

In your scenario gambling would actually be a job. But let's think about it. It would be shitty job. You would not have guarantee salary just pure luck. If you are unlucky you don't have money to pay your bills or you don't eat this month. That would be just stupid so if course I would never take gambling over job. Gambling is entertainment and it should stay this way if it doesn't then many problems appear like going into debts. Etc.

Gambling by it's form is not a job no matter how you look at it, because on gambling you either lose or win and you don't have any control over the result by any mean, so better to just stick to a job that comes with a salary which is guaranteed and you can count on that.

I would choose gambling but only if I somehow became a professional gambler with the ability to count cards perfectly and calculate odds for every game with perfect accuracy

Of course i would choose Job ! gambling is too risky especially if we got $100k i think i am so easily to bust that balance xD , with job we can earn some money without taking any risk to get lost

Well everyone would pick job and play for their entire life gambling betting low and depositing low amounts on gambling like stake that's it. If I was a millionaire or billionaire of course you would just gamble some money on your free time but not risk all :p PS: for $100K I would never accept that offer :p

I would still choose job, but if I will have $100k without loose ends and use it just for gambling, I can make $10 a day without busting until the end of my life. What approach would I use? Trust math and the odds, bet astronomically low with astronomically high balance and you will be fine; might take forever before you bust. 😂

Also, job is stable while gambling will never be. Job, despite a company's uncertainty on retaining your position, has progress unlike gambling which has not. The question is, therefore, rhetorical.

Hello,

I could never be a gambler and make it my job because you have to have a steel mind, you must also have very few friends because the game takes a lot of time, and without forgetting that I should tell my relatives in which I work and would have been very frowned upon ... I just prefer to play for fun and even if I become a millionaire.

Good evening to all friends.

I know this is a dumb choice but I would definitely take the $100K and take the path of a gambling life!

It is unpredictable and scary but realistically I think I would be extremely careful and prudent with it, Use only like $10K at a time and keep 80% of that in the vault and play with just $2,000 aggressively.

Obviously I would prefer a job. Gambling is just like refreshing to me. Namely to release a little saturation after work. I consider it only an entertainment that can provide additional income for me.

Do you choose gambling just because you want to fix your losses? or indeed you feel you can produce continuously from gambling sites every month? I do not know if anyone can win continuously.

100$ is not enough for any such thing.
If anyone give me 1500$ or more and tell me to leave job then i happily leave it and start gambling full time.

I earning around  300$ per month from my job.
And i think i can easily generate 300$+ in 30 days from that 1500$+ bankroll.

I know it really not cool idea to leave job even for 1500$ but i m doing gambling from more than 1 year and know its ups and down.
I already recovered all losses of gambling and started making profit from last 2 months.

If we talk about only last 6 month then i can say every month is profit month for me. (there is loss in few occasion but over all every month is profitable)

Good question! This is tricky cos it's got plus sides and downsides.

I mean it would likely take quite a while to earn 100k in a job.... so if you're given 100k to gamble with that's cool.

Problem is if you lose and you can't work then what... if you honor the deal you come to you become a hobo homeless 😣

So if had to honour the deal then I'd choose to work I guess... because 100k as I'm degen when I gamble (especially in casino!) not last long.

But... what I'd probly do is take the 100k, bet it, if it loses say shutup to the person that we had deal with and go do some work anyway 😁

It's better to do job. It's a full support to our life. Where no one can say what gambling going to give us in near future. Peoples are losing huge in gambling. So if you start with $100k and become a professional gambler you may loss that amount anytime for wanting profit always. But if you can go slow you can choose the $100k.
