I think there's a guide to know how referral works from stake and forum you should check the guides

The forum referral currently has not benefits, and the Stake referral get you a small percentage of the wager amount of however much money your referral wagered. Hope that helps

The forum referral is for anyone you refer to the forum only. They used to pay you a percentage of your referrals posts. However Dan has mentioned that they no longer implement the referral program for the forum because people were abusing the system and taking advantage (self-referrals, etc..):so essentially it means nothing now. You will want to focus soley on you casino affiliate links to earn commission off your referrals game play.

Stake casino refferal give you some money when your referrals play wegar I think this time stake give 5,6 percent commission but on forum there is not anything on refferal maybe in future stake give some benefits on forum refferal

Apparently the forum referral does not give you anything at all as I've got answers from Support saying that there were supposed to be rewards for it at the beginning, but was removed due to abuse.

The casino referral though, does work in the form of an affiliate system, where you get a % of your referral's wagered amount.
