hey folks

do you guyz getting error message when you are droping ???

yesterday i was getting this error "an unknown error 712440438343 has happened" and i report this issue to support they said team is working on it.

but today i started again and the error is still here, but this error is appearing at empty rolling i mean without any bet amount, i usually drop few empty ist as a preroll, and at every drop i was getting that error msg.

do you guyz having same error or not ?

Yes I recieved this message on 2 different days. Both times this occurred I wasnt payong that much attention to my balance so I cant say 1p0% sure what was going on. I dod bust but it was because I was looking at a number on balance, but this number wasn't completely updates.

So I sat there spinning really high and then next think you know after refreshing I went back to stake and contacted support. They told me that I needed to recreate what happened. I'm thinking, how in the hell am I gonna recreate a bet with no money but how am i supposed to capture it for you. They assured me nothing was wrong. I bit my tongue and decided to go back in. Of course i deposited more money. 

The very next day this happened again and I immediately took a screenshot. I went to support and showed the screenshot and after speaking with them I was told that I just needed to reload between every bet the browser. I was like, excuse me? You want me to refresh between EVERY bet?! They assured me of that and that's all the info they gave. 1st day lost about 30 to 40k sats and today about .002 eth. I am also attaching photos of the screenshots I took . Let me know what you think,

Hey there sahil,

Yes. everyone is getting this error at the moment. Eddie mentioned it on his stream. The error only occurs when you click very fast on the bet button :).. They will fix it soon dont worry!
