Are odds of 2x on Trump's win a good sign?

As much as I dislike the person, i think Trump has really good chances of winning in 2020 and its more than even in 2016. Then why are we getting a 2x ? That's like hitting so easy unless the Dems coming with a popular candidate like Biden. What's your opinion?
