Have you experienced an annoying situation like this?

So here's the scenario. You are in the mood to play with ETH. Stake's ETH deposit and/or withdrawals are down. Work around, tip Dinabot and have your currency exchanged to ETH. Easy Peasy! Playing with ETH. For some weird reasons (as for me) you got muted on chat! It may not be known to some but when you got muted, you also lost the ability to tip thus you are unable to tip Dinabot at all. Since you are using ETH and deposit and/or withdrawals aren't working and you can not tip Dinabot to exchange it back to another currency for withdrawal. You're now left in a middle of an anoying circumstance that for sure can not be resolved real time. So if you got caught in this situation and you are in need of money, what will you do? I'd be happy to read your comments, opinions and suggestions. Good luck to everybody! 😛

I have never experienced muted and did not know the effect. if reading from your experience that requires a cashout is really annoying. Moreover, we can not withdraw at this time because there is a little problem with hardfork. Have you tried asking for support?

You can withdraw your funds anytime. If your account is not frozen. 

Being muted does not mean that you cannot withdraw your funds.

I meant like in the post when you can’t withdraw the coins you have because of complications with the recent hard forks etc things like that.. And until developers/support team fixes it you won’t be able to withdraw those money to your wallet 😜 That happened to me yesterday and I played until I busted anyway haha

It is very weird and unusual that you were muted and didn't know why maybe instead of trying to work around it and wondering what is going on you should simply contact support and ask and explain situation

Well whats more? Eth is disabled now in dinabot no withdrawals nor exchange and now eth out of nowhere stuck my money on eth and theres now way I can withdraw or exchange it now

I experienced being muted! Support says it is fair, but I won't... go deep about that.

Yes, being muted means you cannot do anything if the action can be performed through chat commands. Consider yourself, while being muted, a player that has not been able to wager more than $100 at all yet.

As for this, Eddie said it should return tomorrow; the wallet is now ready and 100% functional for cashier services.

Yes it is really quite troublesome that Ethereum is having deposit and withdrawal issues currently which pretty much makes ETH quite uhm useless for the moment given that we are unable to utilize its true value until the system for ETH is back to normal again. It should be very soon fixed I believe as I was told be the support team.

Hello there ,

I mainly use Ethereum for my transactions . When the Ethereum transaction is down on Stake im kinda sad cause i cant deposit and exchange for the coin i wanted to play in the games. I hope Ethereum transactions will be live soon as im excited to play with larger balance once again. All we can do is wait and its a good move from Stake to fix the issues to avoid future problems. I think it happened to almost everyone including myself and I was very surprised and very annoyed that I couldn't trade with dinabot, what I did was I know that the mutes don't last very long so I'm going to do something else and I'll come back later or the next day.
I find it simpler.

I have no experience this time but if you need money and you face this type situation then I think you not do anything I think stake allow to change eth if anyone face this problem
