I usually take a break on Tuesday from 2:15pm til at least 2:20pm.  A good 5 minute break each week does the mind and body good.  I'm a mobile player so I'm pretty much always gambling since it's so accessable

Of course my dear .. there's a lot of important matters to attend to aside from gambling.. calls to accept , stuffs to deliver,  meeting friends and connecting to my family overseas . 

Break is good too .. especially if you are winning or losing .. you will able to run the profit and chill in chat.. stop when losing .. that way you can recall what you did on your betting session . Creating another strategy on the next one .. or controlling yourself not to get hooked more on chasing losses.

Though it became complicated with the Covid in past months.
