Messenger Errors

          I have been receiving some errors when trying to use the messenger feature of this forum. I have had encountered several errors so I decided to write a topic about it. Anyways I believe this is just my 3rd own post all my Stake life. Lol.

 

          First error I have encountered gave me this error message saying something like this; ( I did not take a screenshot that moment ; I apologize )

         "You are only allowed to send 0 message per day."  ( Weird right? )

          

          Because of that since the torum wouldn't allow me to send a message at all and seeing there was an option to just disable the messenger feature, I did what I think is gonna benefit me somehow because I thought, less features, less lags, less resources and so on. 

 

          Come today, there was a need for me to send a private message to an Administrator about some past issues on October of the same year so I thought of trying to enable it back and who knows the forum may allow me to send now. Hahaha! Luckily, after just 1 attempt, it finally had me sent 1 message to Jarrod for the very first time in my entire Stake life. AFter sending the message I was so stupid to forget to say something so I thought I send 1 again since I am now allowed too. After click on compose message, I received an error again but this time it was a bit different and this time I was able to get a screenshot. Here it is.

          I just find it really weird. Do we have any important rules or maybe information regarding the use of this feature. I am confused why at first it was telling me that I am not allowed to send even a single message per day. Then after disabling it and enabling it back, feature then worked. Was it like a hack or a work around that I discovered or is it something related to Stake? Enlighten me please. Happy New Year everyone. Cheers! Ü

"You are only allowed to send 0 message per day."   You received this error due to your rank.  Because "Noob" rank does not have permission to send private messages.  But right now you have a "Member" rank.

About question 2: You still can not send a message? Did you wait 2-3 minutes to send a message?

          Hello @Faris. 

          First of all, allow me to thank you for the quick response. Anyways, it is not until you have responded that I went back to my profile about the Noob thingy and realized wow! The Noob thingy in my profile is not there anymore and it says Member. I did not notice that until you said so. How stupid of me? Haha! Now you definitely removed the confusions in my mind. At first, I was almost gonna conclude that the forum messenger error was tied up to the mute being given on chat in Stake. If I am not mistaken that exact moment I encountered the error was the exact moment as well that I was put on mute. Hahaha! So now I can say. f*ck I was wrong! But I am happy to know I leveled up already. Something to be proud of. Where do I read about the status thingy and does it give more benefits to us aside from the messenger feature being available?
