UltraFRS Posted December 26, 2019 #1 Posted December 26, 2019 I noticed this happened mostly on crash and it has happened a few time but I didn't take note of all the bet's unfortunately. I will post bet ID's here as and when I notice not receiving a payout as I'm not sure how to get in touch with a support team per se and obviously if this continues it could be a very big issue: Crash: 13317819518
evet Posted December 26, 2019 #2 Posted December 26, 2019 This never happened to me, but glad that you raised the topic. Maybe some bugs in the site are happening withour the developers knowing. You should contact admins about it and provide proofs foe such incidents

Base on my own experience, it might be a latency issue with the game as you may notice most of the time the game lags also. Try not to contact the support within the day because I assure you within the day you will see the wins in your balance. I notice it that for example I got busted. So my balance is 0. The next day I would be surprised to see that I have a balance on that specific coin. It was only after several occurences that I realize they were the winnings from Crash that I did not receive real time. Just be patient. But you are free to contact those people who may be able to assist youof course. Happy New Year! Cheers!
UltraFRS Posted December 26, 2019 Author #7 Posted December 26, 2019 Thank you for making your own history noted here with crash also Nicol3, I just contacted the live support and they say I have received the payout even though I know I haven't so maybe it will appear tomorrow as you say, All I can do is wait and see.

It was most likely a latency issue or similar, so refreshing would help in that case, however, this shouldn't be happening again. Please, contact us on support if any further help is needed.
