Countvonk Posted December 27, 2019 #2 Posted December 27, 2019 I prefer online for the convenience although I do enjoy going to the casino from time to time for a fun night out.
williamshennie9 Posted December 27, 2019 #3 Posted December 27, 2019 Yes, I do prefer land based casinos. I think the chances of winning there are bigger (on blackjack at least), and you get to meet new people, joke around with the dealers, and have a good time.
Thepug Posted December 27, 2019 #4 Posted December 27, 2019 I’m not the biggest fan of land based casinos. I went to a casino called the Hippodrome in London, and I enjoyed the food in the restaurant, but not the gambling floor itself. Yes, it was fun looking at everyone betting and it was eye opening to see people of all ages there. But I didn’t personally do any gambling and I didn’t want to blow any of my own money. I was thinking of placing a few bets on, but with minimum bets being £5 on roulette and £20 on blackjack, I would simply prefer to go out and watch a show with my family. I wouldn’t want to blow that much in a single hand! 19 minutes ago, williamshennie9 said: Yes, I do prefer land based casinos. Yeah there chances of winning on blackjack are a lot higher than Stake. This is because Stake have an unlimited deck put in place, while regular casinos have a finite number of decks, meaning that card counting is made a lot easier. That being said though, casinos can easily kick you out and ban you from entering their establishment if they catch you card betting. Dealers have also been trained up more, to be faster at pulling out cards and putting them away to prevent any card counting.
