i think ever where around the world are a lot of fire flower and only stake have no fire flower but it will have raining season in the winter that will be rain like a waterfall at new year begin on that day it will have a many people who huge win making rain opp waterfall on that day for sure i will be here for playing rain and take a shower at stake waterfall haha so who think same as me it will be like that

I would assume gmt +1 like they do the race. Or is it gmt+0?

I join stake before 11 months I don't know last year start stake what do but I think when start this new year stake must do something special because stake always celebrate every event

I do not think that will happen, unless your seed pair and nonce is correct. If this combination is not good, you will not win due to the provably fair nature of how stake determines bets.
