At least that's what I experienced in the last days. This is very annoying because even your balance is not updating. Did this happen to you? Additionally I want to ask you about changes that happened in the last few weeks regarding rain. Rain is no longer in transactions. Why this happened? It makes our stake experience more difficult.
Nicol3 Posted January 8, 2020 #2 Posted January 8, 2020 Well yes I have had those experiences in the past few days. This issue about missing options have been already raised. They weren't actually missing but was intentionally removed as they deem it irrelevant at all and just adds up to the latency and lag problems stake may have been experiencing lately. Just give it some more time and I am sure Eddie and the rest of his industrious developers are on it. Good luck mate! 👍

It makes our stake experience more difficult. green light when you received rain, tip and messages. Also transaction in the settings there so many option been removed, i dont like this update. I thought i was the only one experience it, i agree also in so many bugs. If i experience that again i would make topic out of it and i hope stake staff would see it. If they dont fix it it will be a big loss for them, the numbers of players will be decrease. I hope it will not gonna happened because i really love stake and i am hoping that they will fix it right. So everyone will be happy and comfortable to play again. Lets hope thst it will get fix ASAP. WE REALLY LOVE STAKE SO I HOPE IT GET FIX
rajamishra Posted January 8, 2020 #4 Posted January 8, 2020 hello friends its also i feel some thing dropped to your account without any notifications.its also came to know when you refresh the site.its also frustrate some time you bust but when you refresh you have balance in your wallet.three time i faced this type of problem.

Many players complain about missing things and the stake neither corrects nor says anything and does not resolve this issue at once. I liked the notifications here a lot. Now we know practically nothing else.

I was always ask them when I got lagging, but they said they are not lagging and didn't get any error message (mostly they are phone user). Seems these problem are happen in pc users I think.
MadMartingale Posted January 9, 2020 #7 Posted January 9, 2020 i dont get rain anymore and i have been having lots of insufficient funds but i will have funds , until i refresh then it will disappear, i was basically told that dosent happen and was called a lier, and i mean lots of coins disappear one time i had 100k ether, got error message did a refresh and bam my balance was at 8000 ether. I was told is visual lag . butt oh well i give up

Shekhar1992GL Posted January 9, 2020 #9 Posted January 9, 2020 The stake team facing so many issues and trying to solve I think they need to focus on current website instead on developing new things. so many errors like -notification not working properly -vault withdrawal not working (solved now) -Partial User stats showing hidden and so many others which might i don't know

I dind't experience that mate but about the rain log I think why they remove it because they add something that most important to that rain log but rain is important too to see who people share you and you share it when you win.

Stake is built using React (an advanced JavaScript developed by FaceBook.) a lot of older browsers and operating systems do not really support the features that the Stake web application is built in. An example of this would be a React module called “Toast”. Internet Explorer and older version of Safari wont work with Toast, they cant understand how to render the function. My hunch here is that something similar is happening. Please reply to this for me to potentially offer you some help!
sahil777 Posted January 9, 2020 #15 Posted January 9, 2020 this problem is almost with everyone, i am also not getting any notification every time i need to refresh and sometimes i cant even saw if i get any tip in my balance, so after refresh i can see if i catch any rain or tip, site having more errors everyday.

If you have any issues, you can simply contact the stake support team and they will be valuable in answering your questions. The forum is a good place to discuss issues like this, but always make sure to contact them before asking the novices on the forum
