Official to-do list for users to see (so suggestions are not made again)

Ive come to notice that in this section of the forum, users seem to be suggesting things that already have been suggested and approved.                                       
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
I do in fact go through the section of the forum here to check if my suggestion is already made before i suggest it,                                                                              
However I am human and sometimes make mistakes, the section has a lot of posts and threads, topics, etc, and it does get missed at times.                                                            
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
Luckily I do not think I have made this mistake before, or if i have it only has been made once,                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
But I think for the reason of just general information to users, it would be a nice thing to have a thread/topic, which is marked sticky, and that all users would read before making a suggestion on this are of the forum, it would also give users a preview of things to come!

Will be comfortable. People would not offer 100 times the same thing.

In the rules "Before you create a topic, scroll through the sections and see if such a topic has already been created. If you have something to add, then write in it, duplicate topics will be deleted, as they make the forum unorganised and cluttered."

How to use the search option :

And if mods/support see a new thread similar to a previous one, we usually delete the new one, we lock it and/or merge both.

A pinned thread could be useful indeed but will require some time to manage

I hope more users start to use that search function from now on!
