Dice888 Posted July 17, 2020 #26 Posted July 17, 2020 After taking a few deep breaths, close your eyes and picture yourself calm. See your body relaxed, and imagine yourself playing through a stressful or anxiety-causing situation by staying calm and focused. Either way none can predict our future bet results so play small or yolo all in. Good luck! 🤗
dhiarahmouni Posted July 17, 2020 #27 Posted July 17, 2020 I think you just cant ignore the reality and stay calm
stakehole Posted July 17, 2020 #28 Posted July 17, 2020 I really understand our losing feeling, I have to lose a lot and went bankrupt then I deposit again and then I lost again. I didn't know how to calm down then, Maybe I should drink some water

ryan41 Posted July 23, 2020 #30 Posted July 23, 2020 It's really hard to stay calm before, while and after playing. This is how gambling works. If we are able to control ourselves, we would be called superhuman. For calmness, I do meditation. I have been doing it for the past 40 days and its going really good for me. I would recommend you the same. hope that helps you. thanks
axe12 Posted July 23, 2020 #31 Posted July 23, 2020 always keep in mind that you dont have a control with the circumtances, you can only control your actions. For example, you are playing Blackjack, you can only control the hit, stand, split, and double but you don't have control with the cards youre going to get. so just focus on what you can do, things that you can control. Learn strategies, manage your bankroll and if you lose just accept that you lose, its part of gambling. just do what you can do, and dont let your mind think of things that you dont have control. Focus on the process of winning not the outcome of a win.
Mitakaroto Posted July 23, 2020 #32 Posted July 23, 2020 just go out or just go sleep or trying to not thing about it.
