Is the main reason why you are doing this is to get more affiliates? I saw that people have to be referred under you and it all seems to be a bit too confusing.

i dont think its going to happen, or you just need a click on your pop ups, no one ever offers 0.01 btc for only predicting who will win oscar lol, it sounds very fishy, well good luck for them whom are going to do this.
