An account for Charity

I think Stake should make an account for Charity on the site where users can donate and vote for a charity or kind of charity, like for children's, animals, nature, etc. and Stake should donate that amount at the end of month to that charity.  People should be allowed to do it with just a tip and Stake might give them an extra benefit for that in VIP progress bar.  t might be useful for some users who has low balance and cannot directly send big amounts to a charity.  It might give them a good feeling that they have helped someone and with some little from many users it might make a big balance at the end of month. Whats your suggestions guys.
