Chat Restriction - New Users not being able to chat until wagering / waiting some time

Today when coming on stake on my mobile, I found out the site has no restriction applied in chat for new users; new users can talk instantly

This introduces a weakness of spam from immature users, which I have started to see in the chat just now.

 

Please come up with some reasonable criteria to stop this. It can be the user has to wait for 24 hours before chatting, or they have to meet a minimum wagering requirement, or even better both.

I agree, maybe 24 hour restriction would be good.

At least Mods and all the Stake team could have a option to mute via Ip address. Even if it will still be possible for the spammer to change it everytime it'll be more painful for him that just changing his name ^^
