A topic/list of all the people who have been officially warned for their improper posting of content (posts4count)

So I was just replying to another post and I was all angry at the world and jelly of others hehe yeah ill admit that, i know and see some of my faults....
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
But moving on.... i think it would be a great idea to have a list on the forum somewhere of "serious/repeat or offenders" of the forum posting rules. 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
I dont mean to make a list of everyone who has made a genuine mistake or two by accidentally plagiarizing or making one or two spammy comments...  but those who have had a warning and have continued the behavior, or something like that.                                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
Now dont get me wrong guys, i dont want to "forum shame" anyone.... the reason why im asking for this is I really would like to see what flies (everything i see already i assume) and what crashes and burns (is a no no for forum behavior). 

I really want to contribute more to the forum but a lot of times am hesitant to make short and nonsensical (generic) replies to people on the  forum, but i kind of see it happening (in my perspective, i may be overgeneralizing it though..) all the time...

My ethical standards prevent me from making entries which are solely for posts4count reasons... however, the little devil in the back of my mind says to me, "awww go ahead eminski, take a quick poo on the topic and get a postcount+ potentially a few hundred satoshi... whatcha got to loose bonqueefa?! " but then no no no i refrain from listening to the evil taco that tells me to do so......                                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                                                                                        
I guess sometimes i dance with the idea of walking that boundary, of making the post when i dont really need to, but can include a genuine though about the topic at hand... but really it isnt really adding or contributing to the discussion, a genuine yet benign comment as it were. Validation perhaps of the user above, or voicing if i agree or disagree and such...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

But still even when I get that feeling to dance a little with the devil, i worry about actually breaking forum rules and getting a ticket as it were ( a warning ), from my undertsanding warnings are very bad.... cant participate in promos or whatnot if im aware correctly.                                                                                                                                                         
So i guess i am suggesting a topic be created of real life examples of what is acceptable and what is not acceptable. Perhaps the post is deleted by a mod or admin, but then the name blanked out and copy pasted (as a real world example) in the topic/thread to head  example of what is not going to fly in the forums.... that was a bit more understanding can be had of behaviors or postings  types (length, content, purpose) which we should be conscious not to emulate.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                                                                                
woah long post this was... i hope i made sense in what i was trying to say.. . (i do have a feeling i will get scolded a little bit for my talk of the devil dance and flirting with entertaining it) but i hope the true nature of what i was trying to say comes out more than that.

I don't find it really necessary. What would make people spamming for satoshis/postcount for real is that during the warning period (I guess that it expires in a month or so) the respective user won't receive any satoshi for any post/topic made and the post count won't increase. That would be a bigger punishment and more efficient than just showing them on a list. Also, deducting the satoshis made through spam (or even all of them) as a punishment would work too. It is indeed something stake should solve as there are many in here that are trying to make satoshis easily by spamming the forum and it is dangerous...

I agree with you about satoshi hunters, but not with your proposal.

by the way sky i sent you a PM if you havent noticed (in forum, i know those get missed at times, checky checky when you can)

First you don't have to be scared to post and participate, we will not give warning points if you post only 2-3 words here and there. If it's the "flow" of the convo it's ok. What we don't like too much is people who only do those type of posts, 2-3 words again and again on a constant basis.

2nd (and here it's only MY own way of acting on forum) when I see someone breaking the rules i give them a temporary warning point explaining the rule they broke. Usually one month, just to be sure they feel a little pain with it  After that warning point if the member still do the same mistake the temporary point become a definitive one. And if the user do it a 3rd time : muted from posting on forum.

The only rule I'm personnaly more strict about is the multi accounts. Especially because most of the time they are just made to scam people, participate multiple times in giveaways, ... so banning them is preserving all the other members.

thanks Kargai, i had not noticed this response honestly till just now, also ive noticed a lot more people being banned =(  two or 3 of them a day even (on the bottom recently online section on home -page with names                                                                                                                                                                                               

are they doing that (multiaccounts) to abuse forum santoshies?

Mostly for that or for abusing the giveaways yes.

Personally I don´t think having a public list of offenders will have any positive influence.

Because those that made mistakes and honestly want to be better will be subject to public shame.

And the ones that are dishonest will probably continue doing it anyway until banned.

About short/generic replies, I must agree that sometimes its a grey area and is difficult to say if somebody saying "congratz for your win" is somebody honestly happy for somebody else winning bet, or its somebody trying to get their post count up.

Not everything in life can be easily qualified as black or white.

But looking at all the posting history of a certain user gives a more clear idea of what he/she is really doing.
