Mwangi Posted February 22, 2020 #1 Posted February 22, 2020 Can a thread you have started be deleted , or is it that case of when you make a mistake , you just have to continue and if the thread is deleted, will any payment or earning from it be deleted or retracted?? kindly would love to know, am still going round the forum trying to understand what goes on and what happens here, so can anyone explain to me this case, thank you very much.
evet Posted February 22, 2020 #2 Posted February 22, 2020 Yes moderators and supports can remove a thread if a topic is unappropriate, repeated, irrelevant, insulting or something like that. They will notify you thou once they do something like that
Ali saher Posted February 23, 2020 #3 Posted February 23, 2020 Yes when you post a spam topic then forum moderator remove your post or you post with a wrong place your post then also remove . I think slowly slowly you know everything about forum
Dp10011 Posted February 23, 2020 #4 Posted February 23, 2020 Yes! I have been through some situations that seem not to have been excluded, but several at the same time. At the time, I was publishing news with identified encryption and MOD understood that it was plagiarism and removed all my news topics and all rewards were gone with them. And I still got a warning for that! So be very careful! Good luck!
Kariuki Posted February 23, 2020 #5 Posted February 23, 2020 Yes it can be, it would even be important for you to post a far much better post and thread and in the right section, because after it has been deleted , it will not be paid, also the payment for the post or thread will disappear so check the rules, the right place for the right conversation or thread, and this is very important for anyone who really want to stake in this place. get your facts straight from the stake room
sahil777 Posted February 23, 2020 #6 Posted February 23, 2020 yes if your topic is not according to forum's rules and if you posted the topic in diffrent thread, mods can replace or delete that thread or post, so you always have to keep 2 things in mind always post your topic in related thread and 2nd always try to make sensible and logical post about topic.
Nicol3 Posted February 24, 2020 #7 Posted February 24, 2020 It already happened to me quite a few times. I remember having a negative number of forum rewards as a result of this. As far as I can remember, one of my posts was removed because according to the moderator, a specific topic about my posts is already available and so this post is not of any use anymore. The other one as far I as can recall was moved to a different topic category by the same moderator to which this category doesn't get paid ever. So for you to learn more be familiar of which forum posts are paid and which are not. One forum I am sure of that is pay per post is Stake Discussion forum. Another would be the Stake games section. The Support forum and promotions isn't gonna pay you per post. These are some things that are very important to get familiarize of. Cheers!
Ayesha0770 Posted March 5, 2020 #8 Posted March 5, 2020 Mods and support can remove your post if there's a relative post in forum and yes there will be deduction once the post has been payed
Etude Posted March 7, 2020 #9 Posted March 7, 2020 I do not think normal users will in anyway be able to delete the thread that they have started. For a thread / topic to be deleted would need a forum moderator to do so probably upon request or when the topic is inappropriate according to the rules of the forum. Yes forum rewards will likely be retracted if the topic is deleted by the forum moderator.

Threads are usually deleted by moderators or support members, if they go against any rules on the forum. This can include scamming, abusing people and plagiarising content. Thankfully, people can’t remove their own forum posts, otherwise scam links will be deleted and reposted regularly.
sheenazbay Posted March 8, 2020 #11 Posted March 8, 2020 if you make a thread in the paid section, then you will get a payment, and if your thread is deleted, of course the payment will be taken back. the moderator will not delete a thread if it is eligible to be here
Mahdirakib87 Posted March 9, 2020 #12 Posted March 9, 2020 I think you got your answer already as a lot of people have answered above. An user can't delete his post. Only forum moderators and support team can do it. If you post something unnatural then it will be deleted & your rewards for that post will be taken away. If you post on wrong thread then mod will just move it to right section without deleting it. And if you break the forum rules continuously and make wrong post always you will get warning point, then few restriction will be added in your account, it may lead to ban.
Irungu Posted March 9, 2020 #13 Posted March 9, 2020 Yes the forum removes posts that are said to not follow the rules that is the case that we see and that is why most people suffer here, you have to follow the rules. I have also had post removed but I do believe I made mistakes and the best idea is to keep everything in the right perspective, post in the right sections, reply the right way and keep everything in one section
SLFJ Posted March 17, 2020 #14 Posted March 17, 2020 Yeah - you can actually lock your thread if you want to stop the discussion or something happens, mods, supports can also do that for you if you can't find where to lock it or close it down, staff are very helpful here.
