I do somewhat agree with what you have said here, but I feel as though marketing isn't about "telling lies", it is more of exaggerating key aspects of a product or a service. 

Personally, I think that the concept of a 5 day reload should be where you have 5 "rewards to claim", where each reward expires after 24 hours.

Yes friend! And, in my opinion, this is what many stake users understand. And that is why all this confusion about the refill claims.

I actually did not get the reload i got the bonus instead. Or coupon you can call it. I think i would have gotten more if i had done the reload thing but its ok. 250k was still quite nice to get instead   yay stake!

U made late claims result u missed last claim.

i made all 5 claims on 24th Feb til 10.30am.  (time to claim all claims is 25 Feb till 8.30 am)

yes, 2 days ago i cannot claim my last reload because suddenly the reload button was gone  , so totally i only claimed about 4 reload. but still, i am really grateful even tho i busted all

Yep i enjoyed mine and claimed the five days, it looked 4 days but have to considered the first day you claim. Im already happy with the monthly coupon as reload. Stake never ever ceases to amaze me with their generosity as i was expecting to get a very low monthly, to my surprise it was decent that i got back what i lost in that 5 days.

I gotta say that this is a pretty decent way that Stake have decided to promote the Reload benefit which is given at Platinum rank onwards on the VIP program. Well I suppose it gives a first taste of how claiming Reloads are like.

Splitting the Bonus into 5 parts makes perfect sense. I would do exactly that if I were in Stakes shoes.

There are many players who in the past would just take the bonus and withdraw, this is money lost for stake.
So Stake need to keep the money in the game economy, to achieve this they try to:

1: reduce the number of actual claims made
2: encourage players to gamble with their reload in order to retrieve some or most of money that is claimed.

Delivering it in 5 parts ensures, many players can't withdraw the bonus in one lump sum. This brings the player back each day and encourages them to play. The house has the advantage so it's likely the players will lose that claim back to stake.

Some players (single males with no friends) will manage to make all 5 claims, many will not. 

All things considered it is perfectly rational for stake to deliver the bonus in this way, as a private enterprise their primary aim is to make money, this will always drive decision making, and that's how it should be for any business.

As people point out, we got 5 reloads. The first on the 20th, then 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th. That's a total of 5.

We did not get 5 reloads

Without prior notification to the changes in the monthly bonus system and only if certain conditions were met players were given the opportunity to possibly claim 5 reloads.

Those who are happy about the monthly bonus changes, will be happy to know that this will soon be applied to the weekly bonus.

We did get five reloads. An email was received on the 20th, and it ended the same time on the 25th (4:20 am CET for me) My first reload was 6 am on the 20th, second around 7 on the 21st, third around 13 on the 22nd, fourth around 18 on the 23rd, fifth around 20 on the 24th. As far as I can tell that is five...

Coupon is better for everyone, i mean people who work and maybe dont have time come online every day, people who spam everyday in chat ,maybe they have time to collect them all, seems little bit wrong move on stake

You can claim all. Think of it like this:

I got a reload from the treasure hunt on friday 28th February 11am, expiring march 4th 11am.

I made my first claim on 28th, day zero, at 12:23

My second claim on 29th, day 1, at 12:23.

Third claim on march 1st, day 2, at 13:13

Today, march 2nd, day 3 i will make my fourth claim.

Tomorrow, march 3rd, day 4 i will make my fifth and final claim, before the time end on Wednesday, march 4th...

So you get all five claims.
