Its been a long time since join over when i was new i get some rain before i remember and i count only recieve rain.. and after that i never getvrin again.. it was unfair for me that didnt know if im qualify to revieve rain... and some bot and member specially vip can do lie if the person they was tripped to mute they report for a lie that was my saw here... and please costumer service u can. Give a personal message if allow or never recieve a rain a member over in chat...

Because I know some friends who are in the same situation. They have access to the chat, participate in everything, however, they never earn anything in any rain that is done in the chat. This must be very frustrating since your account is normal and all is well!
sahil777 Posted March 3, 2020 #4 Posted March 3, 2020 usually people cant lie to support staff if they want to report someone because you have to provide screenshot of that person who violate any rule or abuse, and i got muted once as well, but i can recieve rain i dont think mute can effect on rain its a pure random distribution by bot.
