I keep on checking on what properties he has, and the appreciating assets , they are very huge , but its a problem the way he spends , he is a little bit extravagant .

well when you say Dwyane Johnson aka the rock then i dont think he is the richest sportsman because he earned more in movies than sports and movies are not sports so his wealth you cant count in richest sports person, once i know tiger woods were amongst few richest sportsmen, and now a days its Alex Rodriguez the baseball player is the richest person in sports.
