Is it true being in active in forum has chance of being tipped (like in game chat)

Hi all,
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
I was in chat the other day and I read a general chat message from one of the support members stating to be active in chat and in stake forum to be rewarded with tips.               
im trying to understand if what he/she who made the comment was referring to the post/topic contribution automatic satoshi added to balance?                                                             
Or is there in fact a nice support or mod flying around the forum and randomly tipping  the active members (not in connection with active->post(contribute on secret areas of forum) -> added santoshi to account, but rather a personal "send tip from economy dashboard" kinda tip..                                                                                                                                                   

 I was just curious cause it seemed a bit confusing and I wasn't sure if it was in regards to the system in place  already or a bonus surprise tip may also come up if active enough and random chance is in line at same time hehe

I don't know who you refer too but personnaly before the forum satoshis were put in place I reserved a part of my weekly rain to forum users.

Each time I tipped specificaly 5-6 players who were great contributor to the forum.

Now that they already receive a bonus via forum sats i'll probably stop doing it but that was how i worked.

If you're active in forum, you get to know a lot of new people who eventually tip you out of friendship... I think so at least

I'm new to this forum but from what I've seen from other places with a similar tipping style and balances system it's always more about post quality and overall contribution to the forum that matters. A spammy shitposter might have 1000s of posts because of their one liners but that one dude who posts quality replies will always be more respected in the forum than the shitposter
