After being suspended for two weeks, who will win La Liga title if the season is canceled?


Many questions were asked about the winner of the La Liga title if the decision to cancel the league was taken, after the outbreak of Virus Coruna in Spain, and the postponement of competitions for more than three weeks .
Article 188 of the regulations of the Spanish Football Federation provides for the cancellation of the League when there is a compelling cause, as is the case now with the outbreak of Corona virus in Spain, and it is mentioned that there are two options for choosing the champion :

1- The leader in the championship ranking table when the cancellation decision is announced .

2- The leader at the end of the first leg of the season.

In these two cases, the winner of the League title this season will be Barcelona.

The possibility of canceling the league became very likely after the large increase in the number of those affected by the epidemic in Spain, and the imposition of curfews in the country, and the suspension of sports activities in Europe.

I don't watch football but in my view according to what you have said, it steals opportunities from other teams to do a rebound plus it sounds unfair if everything would be a default because of the circumstances where no one is actually expecting it to happen all of a sudden (save for player-related technical violations or injuries). I think they just have to pause it for now and resume at a later time. A lot of fans would surely get disappointed.

I would say Bacelona but the way things are going the whole situation will be postponed , its not going to happen, we are to wait and I sat Barca because its my team, nothing more to that, and its important we focus on the situation we have today. The covid 19 Situation its very important we work with that it should be a good time to really know what to do and see if the next season will be viable, because its not a situation like Liverpool in EPL where they have a strong lead
