I love meats. My all time favorite is fried chicken. 

But any meats will do. I even tried exotic foods, but I haven't tried bat meat yet and I have no plan trying it at the moment or maybe no plan at all?

This are elvers (babies of the eels) usually cooked with mushrooms or champignons and garlic. Its a pretty expensive food too, this goes around 800€ kilogram in christmas.
