UEFA suspends Champions League "until further notice"

UEFA has suspended all Champions League and Europa League matches "until further notice" due to the coronavirus pandemic, European football's governing body said after a meeting on Wednesday.

This time so many events suspended and so many matches postponed because every country affect carona virus. I hope very soon this issue finish and matches again start.

This is already given. It just won't be UEFA for sure. Other country-wide and even just local-wide events already followed this suit before UEFA organizers have thought of this. It is only a matter of time when ALL sports-related event in the whole world will be canceled.

that was a big event man, its a sad news for soccer lovers but most important is lives of everyone, people cant gather at one place, and stadium can be the biggest reason to spread this deadly virus more, so i think this suspension makes sense.

Yeah it should be suspended , because the way things are, did you see wrestlemenia, it was underwelming even when someone won, it felt like they were just playing imagine stronman trying to show he has won and there is no one to celebrate with, I think they should have done all the matches like that of undertaker and , but UEFA games all of them must be stopped when this whole thing dies off then we start again

Definitely the right decision in this current weird situation. Also not a surprise at all. I am really curious how they gonna continue this though. I guess the longer this whole situation keeps going on the lower the chances are that we actually gonna have a continuation of the current season, so i think it is more likely that the season gonna be reset.
