Am I allowed??

Okay on this forum there are beautiful things that go around, there are so many ways to even make some money but the best is to learn a lot of things but when you look around at what is happening there is a way people need to learn outside this forum.

Am I allowed to welcome someone to another site, so they can read? not to bring them out of stake forum but to make them learn some few topics here and there, like when you look around and you read an article that you love, and you know this one is good, then you want people to read the same from the site and just getting education from it, am I allowed to post the link and if not, why? if yes what section am I allowed to take this kind.

There are other people who love referring , I reffered a number of people here, am not so sure if they have been active, but I referred them from another site they used to work in, and the question is, am I allowed to reffer people to other sites from this site,? with the notion that am not taking advantage or telling them to leave this site, but to just share links that lead to registration to other site.

I pray I dont get penalized for this, stake forum has been very good to me and I want it to remain that way. its just that am not so sure that I am posting this post in the right section.

Am so enjoying this site today, though lights went of them a back online again but its a site I want to enjoy for a very long time so good , the reason why I know its legit, I have been warned twice and then restricted for about 2 weeks thats how you know this is the real deal and no body can confuse you with any other, I have been to others and you are very free and all you keep on doing is being punished for the work done.
