Define Rapid Withdrawal

How is 16 hours "rapid"? Omg, its not. And why, if a user has ever claimed the faucet at Stake, does their withdrawal have to be processed manually?

Rapid is defined as -

adjective, sometimes, rapider, rapidest.

1.occurring within a short time; happening speedily:

rapid growth.

2.moving or acting with great speed; swift:

a rapid worker.

Your withdrawals are not. 

I suppose false advertising might be a bit too far, but either way, you need to speed things up a bit. 

I'm just happy your log in page didn't say instant withdrawals. I would have lost my mind. Lol.

It is quick compared to other sites where there's a 24 hours wait to get the checking status and another 24 hours to get it accepted

I think Mirela or some support explained it like this in chat "For some users withdrawals aren't instant because they've claimed the faucet a lot" 

I guess thats to avoid faucet abusers. But to be honest we all should be happy that stake is a legit casino. Be happy they do withdrawals!

And I think another reason for the time is that most admins are from the US so time zones might be a problem

Yeah I couldnt agree more, theres no any other site I think that has so many benefits we can get but its stake, Im unmindful of the speed of each withdrawal for i know the supports are busy also what I like the most is the cheap fee

i should be happy Stake is a legitimate casino.... ok.

and most btc casinos have instant wd.

 suppose i could have mentioned i posted this because my friends wd hadnt been processed. my friend was told 8 hours max, and that was 18 hours ago

A little patience maybe admin is working with that issues. I hope they can make the withdrawal instant again not like now.

happened to me a couple times too, apparently it was cause the hot wallet didnt have enough funds they told me.

seems like its done to prevent faucet abusers, and according to Katarina they are working on a new system so that the abuse can be prevented. 

I asked for the withdrawal on live support and it was processed within a few minutes. tho the fee stake sends with tsk.

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience, but this is just a temporary measure against the abuse of our faucet system. We have had some issues with it lately and some alterations and limits had to be introduced.

 

Our administrators and developers are actively working on finding the best and most effective way in preventing the abuse, so please be a bit more patient.

 

The withdrawals will be processed as soon as one of the admins is available.
