Okay some of the best thing that would happen to any England and to be specific Britain soccer team , is to be bought by a rich person, this is what is happening to new castle, the kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking to  spend some money to get the whole of new castle 300 Million pounds, buying the shares from its current owner Mike Ashley, I think Newcastle has been showing the right progress and being bought by Rich Saudi, who do not spare expenses , they will turn that club into success, and its only a matter of time.

Mancity after being sold to rich guys who were willing to spend some money , they not only bought good players, but they won the EPL a number of times and a healthy club in terms of money always is able to compete for the top trophies, ,and I believe that is what Arsenal should do.
