I just read an article that bitcoin halving can make a big jump in Bitcoin and Ethereum price. They said Bitcoin can hit 10K USD, and for that, the author described 5 reasons! So, should I buy now or the price is already high? Which will be more beneficial, Ethereum or Bitcoin?

The halving can impact the price for sure. But taking the coronavirus situation into consideration, I'm not quite sure if BTC would hit 10 thousand dollars that fast. However, if the historical pattern repeats, there is actually a chance for BTC to go up and if it does, the other coins will leap also. ETH is already having a good run but I think after halving, the ETH/BTC chart will probably go down while the ETH/USD chart will go up. This is not financial advice though, just my speculations. Invest with caution.

yeah right friend, the factor of the corona pandemic is also very influential on bitcoin going forward, maybe if there is no disaster I am sure bitcoin can go up to 10,000 $ when halving, and thank you for the advice, this can be a consideration for me☺

Depending on the price of bitcoin halving, the price of bitcoin is low now, but I think the price of bitcoin will go up a lot when the corona virus is gone, then bitcoin can dump, but I'm not sure, you look at the bitcoin chart

Bitcoin halving is in about 10 days, in the short term I think it will have an effect on the price.

Why? because thats what happened the last two times that the supply halved.
If anything I suspect that the effect of the halving may cause the price to wobble and drop a little.

Price of BTC can go up or down at any minute on any day. Markets are driven by sentiment and speculation.
Nobody can really know for sure. Charts tell you what happened in the past, they cant accurately predict the future.

Toss a coin to decide you have a 50/50 chance of being right, same as the Technical Analysis Fortune tellers with their charts.

its true bitcoin halving is going to make huge impact on price, which most likely will be high side, so its not bad if you want to store some bitcoin, it can go over 10k as well, everything is possible, halving happend in past only 2 times and this is 3rd one, every time bitcoin went up.

I think 10k USD price possible maybe in few weeks bitcoin price hit 10k USD because I think so many new investors attract this time invest money in crypto currency. That's why slowly slowly bitcoin price increase.

If it happens, it would be very beneficial for all us. Now it is a great time to invest in these coins. If we invest, according to given information, we could be able to get a huge profit in the future. What do you say?

well if you think that bitcoin will reach to 10k, I think theres a high chance of it that the coin will rise because as you can see in its history, that bitcoin almost reached 20k in late 2017 or early 2018 if im not mistaken. If you have faith on that coin, I think you gotta go for it.

bitcoin halving is usually a place for investors to buy bitcoin, because from the last few years the price of bitcoin will continue to rise before the occurrence of bitcoin and indeed for now I feel it's not impossible if the price of bitcoin can return to $ 10000, all depends on the price of resistance at area $ 8800 can be broken or not before halving, if the price turns out to be broken it's not impossible the price of bitcoin will return at $ 10000.

I read an article on forbes, which said bitcoin halving is scheduled to take place mid May. And that the value of bitcoin is bound to increase. This will be the third time such occurs, once in 2012 and another in 2016. It will be a great idea to buy and hold on to BTC.

The half-term aims to reduce the rewards obtained by mining and thus control the price of cryptocurrencies and prevent them from sliding towards cruel decline and raising the purchase rate, which is programmed automatically. I am sure it will reach $ 10,000

After every 210,000 blocks, Bitcoin goes through a process called “halving.” This mechanism was integrated into the protocol by Satoshi Nakamoto himself. After a protocol goes through “halving,” it cuts the supply of new Bitcoins in half, halving the miner's block production rewards, as well.

Bitcoin’s issuance is limited in several ways. For one thing, according to its founding protocol, just 21 million will ever be in circulation. That’s appealing to many who fear that fiat money -- the kind issued by governments -- can lose its value to inflation if too much is printed. Supporters argue that Bitcoin, by contrast, will be guaranteed to increase. Halving also prevents inflation by acting to periodically slow the pace at which Bitcoin are created, so as to not outstrip demand. To other observers, halvings can serve as a hurry-up-and-buy signal by suggesting that slower growth could be accompanied by a bump in price.

of course I chose bitcoin because looking from years ago when bitcoin was halving he would experience a high increase. can exceed the price of 10k usd and create a new price, you can see the current price of bitcoin which has increased which is the beginning of halving.
